To ensure the highest quality and freshness of our products, we make our products by hand in small batches upon order. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow 7-10 days for us to fill your order and ship it to you. If we can ship your order earlier, we will certainly do so. If for any reason it will take us longer to fill and ship your order, we will contact you to let you know. We thank you for your understanding and appreciation of fresh natural products.
Paypal (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) makes it easy and secure to shop our on-line store. If you have a Paypal account, simply login with your account. If you don’t have a Paypal account, we invite you to shop as a guest. At this time, all credit card orders will appear on your statement as “Red Note Botanica, LLC”.
If your order is over $150 USD, you are shipping to an address outside of the Continental United States, or having your order shipped to a different mailing address or person, you will be asked to verify your credit card information. This is important to prevent fraudulent orders, and is in your interest as well as ours. Thank you for understanding.
Orders are shipped to street addresses within the Continental United States by UPS Ground with emailed tracking and delivery information. If you request expedited shipping, you will be responsible for the costs over standard UPS Ground.
Standard shipping is free for all retail orders of $100.00 or more. All other orders are subject to a shipping charge of $7.95.
Orders shipped outside of the Continental United States will incur additional shipping charges. They will be applied and confirmed by email.
Please note that we cannot ship via UPS to PO Boxes.
Sales tax in the amount of 7.52% will be added to all orders shipped to Minnesota.
All of our products are produced fresh, handmade in small batches, and shipped to you after we fill your order. For this reason, we regret that we cannot accept product returns, unless damaged in shipping. We package all of our products with exceptional care; however, if a product arrives damaged in shipping, we will issue a replacement product. Please do not return any products before first contacting our customer service group at 612-964-9303, or sending us an email at email@example.com.
If you would like to test a product or fragrance, please send us an inquiry, and we would be happy to send you a 1/2 oz or 1 oz sample to try before purchasing a full-size product. This is a wonderful way for you to explore new fragrances and products!
Though we take exceptional care in shipping, please be advised that our perfume cube, LE CUBE DE PARFUM, may melt slightly in shipping during the warm summer months. If this happens, please put your cube in the refrigerator (in it’s plastic container), and it should return to its cube shape. We always advise that year-round, you keep your LE CUBE DE PARFUM in the refrigerator, or a cool dark place, to preserve its shape and fragrance. We regret that we cannot accept returns of this product.
Our products are produced with natural ingredients and produced by hand in small batches, so please note that there may be some small variations in the color, shape or texture of the products.
